When we understand the principles of Tai Chi, we are able to bring  those principles into the Tai Chi form, so our form becomes alive and a true means of practicing the Tai Chi principles. When we are able to experience the Tai Chi principles in the form we are then able to bring those principles into partner work, also referred to as pushing hands.

Having studied Tai Chi since the early 90's I discovered my teacher Wee Kee Jin in the early 2000's and found all my questions concerning Tai Chi were answered and more besides.

The ethos of the Tai Chi School of Central Equilibrium is that we are all students on the Tai Chi path, sharing our knowledge and insights as we train; some of us have more experience, but we are all students.

Tai Chi is great for mindfulness, relaxation, health, balance and is great fun!
