Focus on keeping the low back open as we sink and equally as we release in the up-and-down movement. And translating this into the slow push and into the form.

Realisation of the neigong process of thickening the Chi, where, in specific Qigong exercises, the hands are used to root the energy, while stretching it through the body, we train the sinking and releasing process to stretch the Chi using the mind rather than the hands and realising that that stretch extends from the crown all the way through the body, arms into the ground underneath my feet.

Details of the transition between slanting fly to cloud, hands, cloud itself and the transition into high pat on horse.
