Focusing on the slow push, and the mechanism of sinking into position and connecting the base to the body and the body to the arms.

Emphasis on pushing without pushing, and how the release of the relaxed force is like bathing in the warm sun.

Experiencing the nature of the relaxed force release into different parts of the body, and the feelings invoked therein.

Exploring how the mind moves the body, and all movement arising from the base.

Training of the double push, utilising the waist to turn and redirect the energy and a set piece to experience how we are able to expand, closing up any space for our partner to retreat.
