Friday Evening Training

Last night we covered the open - close exercise with feedback on the feeling of sinking and releasing and the relationship between Peng force and swallowing the energy of heaven - borrowing the energy of the earth. We went through loosening 1 and then dove back into section 2 up to diagonal single whip with extra detail in how to created space by drawing back through sinking into the back foot.

Finally, to take a break from learning we went through section 1 up to single whip twice for that meditative feeling.
